Javier Megías
At the intersection of organizations, capital, and technology.
Ideas to help you understand what matters, make better decisions, and operate more effectively.
I write about how organizations work: how they make decisions, how they operate, and the role capital and technology play.

What I focus on
Three lenses. One operating perspective.
Organizations that decide and execute
Organizational design, leadership, culture, and the systems that turn strategy into results.
Capital and company building
Investment strategy, capital discipline, and the work required to build lasting enterprise value.
Technology and new ways of operating
Technology, data, and AI as part of the operating model, not as a separate technical layer.
A growing body of thought, grounded in practice.
I publish essays and practical articles on organizations, capital, and technology. The full archive, including every published article, is available in Spanish.
Experience
I write from direct experience operating, investing in, and supporting companies.
I have built and scaled organizations, invested at different stages, and helped leadership teams navigate critical decisions. I draw on that experience to develop ideas that others can recognize in their own work and put into practice.

Independent board member
I bring an independent perspective to major decisions, help strengthen operating systems, and help companies turn technology and AI into a competitive advantage.
Speaker
I have delivered hundreds of talks in English and Spanish about how strategy, organizations, capital, and technology intersect.
